Job Description

  • Manage multiple replica projects at once, keeping scope, timelines, and quality expectations clear.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for vendors building RL environment replicas.
  • Research and understand how users interact with specific software applications in real-world knowledge work domains.
  • Scope replica projects by defining core user journeys, edge cases, quality bars, and implementation priorities.
  • Write clear product requirement documents, user flows, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance for vendor engineering teams.
  • Explore target applications directly, interview domain experts, review online materials, and identify the workflows that matter most.
  • Answer vendor questions about expected behavior, product scope, UX details, and quality standards.
  • Review vendor deliverables and determine whether replicas meet the required bar for realism, completeness, and usability.
  • Product management experience
  • Strong product judgment and an ability to distinguish essential functionality from nice-to-have detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for technical and product specifications.
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to deeply inspect software workflows.
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains, tools, and user behaviors.
  • Comfort working with external engineering vendors and giving precise, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of scope or quality.
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
