Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in the end-to-end Software CRM++ and Sales Automation ecosystem. Must have strong knowledge of the Entitlements Lifecycle (License Order Provisioning Renewal) and hands-on experience with the HP CRM++ ecosystem (SFDC, Wolf, WXP, Neuron, Amplify). Experience with Contractual and Transactional flows (BRIM, Tera, Apollo), Customer 360, Master Data Governance (MDM/MADO), user story writing (INVEST/Gherkin), and prioritization techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF) is required. CSPO certification is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Entitlements Lifecycle: License Order Provisioning Renewal.
• Hands-on experience with the HP CRM++ ecosystem: Salesforce (SFDC), Wolf, WXP, Neuron, and Amplify.
• Experience with Contractual and Transactional flows using BRIM, Tera, and Apollo.
• Strong understanding of Customer 360, Master Data Governance (MDM/MADO).
• Expertise in User Story writing using INVEST and Gherkin.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
• Experience with prioritization frameworks: RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF.
