Product Owner

Role: Product Owner

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

·         Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for an enterprise medical record repository.

·         Gather and prioritize requirements for medical record ingestion, normalization, matching, de-duplication, and storage.

·         Collaborate with clinical, engineering, compliance, quality, and payment integrity teams.

·         Translate EHR/EMR workflows and healthcare interoperability standards into product requirements.

·         Manage product backlog, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·         Oversee onboarding of EHRs, HIEs, payer/provider data feeds, and retrieval vendors.

·         Monitor key metrics such as record completeness, turnaround time, and match accuracy.

·         Ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, interoperability, and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor''s degree

·         7+ years of healthcare experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).

·         3+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in an Agile environment.

·         Knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and C-CDA/CCD standards.

·         Experience with HEDIS, NCQA digital quality measures, risk adjustment (HCC), or payment integrity.

·         Strong ability to convert clinical and regulatory requirements into technical product specifications.

·         Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
