POSITION	Senior ServiceNow Product Manager
LOCATION	Dallas, TX – Local Candidates Only (Hybrid)
DURATION	6-Month

INTERVIEW TYPE	Video
VISA RESTRICTIONS	Must be able to convert without sponsorship
REQUIRED SKILLS	Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience. ServiceNow Technical Architect Certification is required. Strong ServiceNow Product Management and platform ownership experience. Hands-on ServiceNow AI capabilities implementation experience. Strong Greenfield ServiceNow implementation experience is required. Deep ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, or HRSD expertise. Strong ServiceNow service architecture and service catalog design experience. Deep CMDB governance, data quality, and CSDM experience. Strong workflow orchestration, integrations, forms, and data model knowledge. Experience defining ServiceNow product vision, roadmap, and strategic outcomes. Strong backlog, intake, prioritization, and acceptance criteria experience. Experience driving configuration versus customization platform decisions. Strong reporting, dashboards, KPIs, adoption, and value realization experience.
