Professional Job Description
Seeking an experienced Telecom Product Manager / Technology Lead with 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience in the telecommunications sector for a 6-month contract role in Tampa, FL 33610 (100% Onsite). 
The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Telecom Tax processes (telecom regulatory surcharges, USF, gross receipts tax, jurisdictional tax calculations) and product management workflows.
This client-facing role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing product analysis and implementation roadmaps, and interfacing directly with enterprise telecom stakeholders at the client site.

#Key Responsibilities
* Telecom Product Leadership: Lead and guide end-to-end product delivery, analysis, planning, and feature roadmaps for complex enterprise telecom domain projects.
* Telecom Tax Process Management: Direct telecom tax process activities, including integration and compliance validation for regulatory fees, tax engine logic, billing system tax calculations, and telecom surcharge structures.
* Client Engagement & Team Leadership: Drive on-site client interactions, lead cross-functional development/business teams, align business stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables meet strict telecom domain requirements.
* Requirements & Strategy Execution: Conduct business analysis, define product user stories/epics, map operational workflows, and lead functional solution implementation from inception through stabilization.
* Quality & Delivery Oversight: Oversee project risks, functional validation, sprint planning, and system integrations between billing, tax engines, and product platforms.

#Required Qualifications
* Domain Expertise: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience strictly within the Telecommunications / Telecom domain.
* Specialized Knowledge: Explicit, demonstrated experience managing Telecom Tax processes and billing system integrations.
* Leadership Capabilities: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing client-facing engagements on-site, and driving telecom product lifecycles.
