Provide confidential counseling and support to employees facing mental health, substance use, stress, relationship, and other life challenges. Partner with employees and leaders on wellbeing, resilience, and communication, and develop workshops and resources that support a healthy workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one counseling for mental health, substance use, stress, relationship, and life challenges.
• Support employees and leaders with communication, resilience, healthy relationships, and workplace wellbeing.
• Develop and facilitate workshops, training, and presentations on stress management, burnout prevention, communication, and personal growth.
• Support new employee culture training.
• Share wellbeing resources across the organization.
• Help build and improve wellbeing initiatives and learning experiences.
