Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Xpedient Logistics seeks a bilingual English/Spanish HR Generalist to support multiple U.S. and Canadian locations. The role manages payroll and benefits, employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employment compliance, policy development, and HR projects. A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant HR experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit weekly and biweekly multistate payrolls; resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, life events, terminations, and inquiries; maintain records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Advise employees and managers, conduct workplace investigations, and support corrective actions and performance plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for warehouse and professional roles.
• Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with U.
• S. and Canadian employment regulations.
• Lead HR projects, process improvements, system implementations, engagement surveys, and training programs.
