Job Title: IBM Cloud Program Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IBM Cloud Program Manager to lead cloud transformation and infrastructure programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure successful implementation of IBM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IBM Cloud migration, transformation, and infrastructure programs.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Cloud Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Business teams.
Manage IBM Cloud environments, migration initiatives, and modernization programs.
Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Track milestones, KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and program governance meetings.
Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure cloud security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements are met.
Communicate program status and key decisions to senior leadership.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
Strong experience managing cloud transformation or migration programs.
Hands-on program exposure to IBM Cloud.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, networking, IAM, and DevOps.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and financial management skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

PMP
PMI-ACP
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
IBM Cloud certification
ITIL
