Program Manager AI

Role Overview

The organization is undergoing a large-scale AI technology transformation and is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams.

Key Areas of Responsibility

·         Drive overall program governance and execution

·         Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path

·         Lead governance forums, steering committees, and workstream reviews

·         Manage cross-functional dependencies and risk mitigation

·         Track delivery progress and ensure adherence to timelines

·         Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications

·         Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams

Program Areas

·         Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC

·         Identity & Access Management (IAM)

·         AI Operations / Production Support

·         Metrics & Tokenomics

·         Infrastructure Operations

Required Experience

·         Strong Program Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs

·         Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

·         Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and complex dependencies

·         Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

·         Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs is highly preferred

·         Financial Services / Banking domain experience is highly desirable
