Technical Program Manager

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• This role acts as the primary Vector systems liaison and source of truth for the Client, managing bugs, facilitating the tracking and delivery of feature requests, and ensuring clear and timely end user communications
• Section 2: Key Responsibilities
• Bug Management
• Backlog Ownership: Regularly review and maintain the backlog of system issues related to the Client organization (acting as the source of truth), ensuring bugs are tagged to the appropriate hotlist
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the priority of high-impact tickets and drive resolution.
• Operations Support: Provide hands-on support to Client's Operations team members to resolve requests with cross-functional partners as needed.
• Feature Request Management
• Backlog Maintenance: Maintain the backlog of system enhancement requests using Buganizer. Ensure new request intakes are handled appropriately, which includes hotlist tagging, spreadsheet tracking, and business requirements validation.
• Hand-off & Clarification: Hand-off enhancement requests to appropriate GCBP system owners and facilitate the closure of open questions or clarify business requirements.
• Enablement & Testing: Facilitate testing, validation, and enablement for enhancements prior to their release.
• Communication: Regularly communicate the status of the enhancement backlog to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in program management, operations, or systems analysis.
• Strong conceptual understanding of the process improvement lifecycle (i.e. intake, business validation / requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing and deployment / business enablement).
• Experience using ticket/workflow management systems.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage up.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with process design, process optimization, or business architecture.
• Experience running User Acceptance Testing.
• Project or Program Management certifications or equivalent applied experience
