Job description

Experience: 8+ Years

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with experience in developing scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and relational databases. The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend development, frontend development, REST API integration, and database management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and React.js.
  • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Build responsive and reusable user interface components using React.js.
  • Develop frontend functionality using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Integrate React.js applications with backend REST APIs.
  • Implement business logic using Core Java, Java 8+, and OOP principles.
  • Perform database operations using SQL, Hibernate, and JPA.
  • Develop and maintain application components with clean, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
  • Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Use Git for version control and Maven for build management.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other developers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support application deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

  • Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Java 8+ features, including Lambda expressions and Stream API.
  • Collections Framework, exception handling, and multithreading basics.
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and dependency injection.
  • RESTful API development and integration.
  • Hibernate and Spring Data JPA.

Frontend Development

  • React.js, functional components, and React Hooks.
  • JavaScript ES6+.
  • HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Responsive web design.
  • React Router and state management basics.
  • API integration using Fetch API or Axios.
  • Basic understanding of TypeScript is an advantage.

Database and Development Tools

  • SQL and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Git and GitHub/GitLab.
  • Maven or Gradle.
  • IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or Visual Studio Code.
  • Postman for API testing.
  • JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Microservices architecture.
  • Spring Security and JWT authentication.
  • Docker and Kubernetes basics.
  • CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
