Job Title:        PeopleSoft HRIS Developer - Functional Consultant with Benefits Administration (Ben Admin)
Job Location:     Erie, PA / Remote
Job Type:        Long-term Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HRIS Developer / Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, functional configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Benefits Administration (Ben Admin), including benefits configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and the ability to provide Benefits Administration screenshots for documentation and validation purposes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, customization, and functional support.
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM functional processes, particularly Benefits Administration (Ben Admin).
  • Experience with Benefits Administration configuration, setup, event processing, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Ability to capture and provide PeopleSoft Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) screenshots to demonstrate configurations, system functionality, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Designer.
  • Experience with SQL, SQR, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor.
  • Experience developing and supporting interfaces, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, and implementing system enhancements.
  • Ability to work closely with HR, Benefits, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Important Requirement: Candidates should be able to demonstrate their PeopleSoft Ben Admin experience and provide relevant Ben Admin screenshots, if requested.
