In-Home Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Air Experts, partnering with Genentech, seeks an In-Home Sales Consultant to deliver consultative biotech and pharmaceutical solutions directly to patients and caregivers. In this role, you will conduct in-home visits, assess needs, and educate customers on Genentech therapies within strict ethical and regulatory standards. You will manage a defined territory, build long-term relationships with patients and healthcare stakeholders, and use CRM tools to track activity and pipeline. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend biotech and pharmaceutical solutions
• Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and safety information within regulatory guidelines
• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including visits, opportunities, and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with medical, operations, and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
• Stay current on Genentech product portfolio, disease states, and competitive landscape
• Participate in ongoing sales, compliance, and product training
• Provide timely sales forecasts and activity reports to leadership
• Uphold ethical selling practices and all applicable healthcare regulations
