Recruitment Consultant (Construction)

Job Summary

Apex Resources are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant within Construction to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will connect construction employers with suitable candidates, building trusted relationships and supporting recruitment from initial brief through to placement. You will be responsible for building your own client and candidate database, giving you full autonomy over how your desk is run.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop relationships with construction clients, understanding their hiring needs and agreeing clear search priorities.
• Source and engage candidates through professional networks and social media, assess suitability and coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records using a CRM system.
• Manage recruitment activity through to placement, keeping clients and candidates informed and addressing queries promptly.

Experience

Required: 360 recruitment experience (Sales, Source, Service), a proven track record of winning and retaining business within the construction sector. Division leaders, Senior Consultants and Recruitment Consultants are encouraged to apply.
