About the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build your own specialist market while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Business development and generating new opportunities
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
  • Managing vacancies from start to finish
  • Working towards targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Making a high volume of calls, calling candidates and clients
