As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build your own specialist market while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Business development and generating new opportunities
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Working towards targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Making a high volume of calls, calling candidates and clients
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
- Strong sales skills
