We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Java/Spring Boot development and provide technical guidance to the team.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and APIs.
Review code, ensure best practices, and drive engineering standards.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production deployments.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL.
Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
