IT Support Associate II

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to keep our operations technologies running smoothly in a high-volume retail and fulfillment environment. You will provide Tier 2 support for desktops, printers, RF scanners, and networked devices, quickly resolving incidents to minimize downtime. Working hands-on in our facilities, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage tickets, and maintain accurate asset inventory. You'll partner with Ops Tech and engineering teams on root-cause analysis, document solutions, support technology rollouts, and contribute to continuous improvement in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced setting.
