Info Security Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IAM Security Analyst for a hybrid/remote contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate for this position has an in-depth knowledge of security and technology, with a strong understanding of risk management. The candidate must be able to make decisions based on prior experience in a large enterprise environment and their solid understanding of the technologies and risks involved. This role will focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SailPoint role review and maintenance, and technology access control reviews across various platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Perform SailPoint Role review and maintenance
• Participate in technology access controls reviews of platform resources
• Identify security risks, analyze complex security issues, and perform remediation efforts
• Create and own new security standards, providing security requirements and decisions
• Provide corporate security consulting support to concurrent projects
• Anticipate and address security needs and issues
• Interpret security policy and standards and consult on security variance requests
• Translate information security terminology into terms understandable to diverse groups
• Partner and collaborate with business and technology groups to deliver value through security review, assessment and consulting services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to five+ years of experience including technology-related auditing, consulting, programming, and/or operational banking experience
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience or background desired
• Subject matter expert level knowledge of both the business and technical aspects of security and technology
• Strong broad-based technical background (distributed/mainframe, database, web-based application development and/or Cloud)
• Experience with access controls for common resources, such as Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, network appliances and mainframe
• High level of business acumen, preferably in a regulated/financial industry
• Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills
• Project management and/or project team member experience
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, relationship management, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be willing to work after-hours, overnights and weekends for on-call rotation

Pay range: $65.00 per hour
