Oracle Fusion Security / IAM Analyst

Our healthcare client that recently went live on Oracle Cloud is looking for an IAM Analyst with Oracle Cloud Security / OAG experience to join their team in a 6-month contract capacity. This is a 100% remote role.
Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Manage timely onboarding, modification, and deactivation of user accounts across Active Directory, EHR systems, and cloud applications
• Support access governance and security for a newly live Oracle Fusion environment, including Oracle Access Governance (OAG)
• Manage and monitor privileged access management (PAM) processes for critical healthcare systems
• Conduct periodic access reviews and re-certifications, and audit access logs to identify inappropriate access and policy violations
• Investigate and remediate identity-related security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and account compromises
• Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management workflows, and support IAM integration with EHR systems, cloud services, and third-party applications
• Partner with IT, HR, and compliance teams to prepare for internal and external audits, and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation

Requirements:

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Oracle Fusion security, including role design and access administration
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Governance (OAG)
• Understanding of RBAC, attribute-based access control (ABAC), least privilege principles, and identity governance frameworks
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and NIST
• Experience with IAM and PAM tools, and familiarity with scripting and automation for IAM tasks
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience; CompTIA A+, CISA, CIAM, or HCISPP certification preferred
• Knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare application access management preferred
