Job Request Title: Desktop Support / PC Technician

Description:

PC Technician

Role will take direction from employee on a day to day basis

**Position will be 100% onsite**

M-F 8-5 , no on-call requirements

Drug screen required

Position is subject to export control screening **Work environment is mostly based in the office but could be requested to support on the plant for regarding network connections, printer hardware, operating systems, etc. **

Skills:

Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows:  Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, Zebra & HP Printers, Servers, VMware, Terminal servers & Networking.

Provide Standard and Local Software Support — VMware, Windows OS & Office suites.

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Two years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.

Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
