Job description

Client Experience Migration Technical Support
Location: Remote
Employment: Full Time/W2 Infinite Computer Solutions
Seeking a L2/L3 Technical Support Representative with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and clients during data-center migrations.
Key Skills:
  • Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
  • Virtual machines/virtualization
  • Networking, connectivity, and security troubleshooting
  • ITIL and incident/change management
  • Client-facing technical support and escalation management
  • Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Technical documentation and problem resolution
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Network, Engineering, WAN, and Project teams
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex client and infrastructure issues.
  • Own escalated incidents through resolution and provide timely client communication.
  • Support Windows Server and virtualized environments.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues during migrations.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful migration activities.
Preferred: Banking/financial services or core systems experience.
Additional Requirement: Flexibility to support migration go-live activities during early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
