Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to end users and ensure reliable operation of desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and productivity applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Desktop Support and Help Desk experience along with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, email, and office productivity applications.
* Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvements.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in adapting processes and procedures to meet business and user requirements.
* Effective communication, teamwork, stakeholder support, and professional development capabilities
* Strong expertise in Desktop Support and Help Desk Operations.
* Proficient in hardware, software, and end-user troubleshooting.
* Experience managing Help Desk ticket queues and ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Skilled in user hardware lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, and asset tracking.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving, customer support, and communication skills.
