About the Role:As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do:- Assist in the delivery of efficient and cost effective premise management in retail and corporate properties.
- Provide accurate reporting of the HSE programme and assist in the annual HSE inspections of each property.
- Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other Team members.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed with agreed SLAs.
- Assist in the management of contractor site inductions,
- Assist in the preparation of a consolidated monthly report including client service requests.
- Previous experience in Facilities/Maintenance Coordination or a similar role
- Previous exposure in providing premium client service would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and can work autonomously
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
