- Work in Brisbane across a national industrial
Must have Experience with property or facilities managementplatforms (e.g. My Buildings, Yardi, or similar systems) - Learn from senior mentors and gain experience withinnovative FM technology
- Experience with property or facilities management platforms(e.g. My Buildings, Yardi, or similar systems) would be highly regarded
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management,or equivalent. Desired, not required.
- Previous building management experience highly regarded
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic financial management skills
- Experience in an administrative role supporting a team orsenior staff
As a Facilities Coordinator in , you'll provideadministrative support to the Facilities Management team and help manageoperations, compliance, and risk across the property portfolio. Your workensures the team can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Process accounts and assist with financial tasks
- Maintain compliance and risk documentation
- Support vendors, tenants, and internal teams with queries
- Track and report on maintenance, tenant issues, and upcomingworks
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholderrelationships
