As our new Workplace Coordinator (Facilities), you'll be a vital part of the Workplace team who are changing the way we deliver Workplace experience to our clients and employees. Key responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth running of the Darwin office facilities, coordinating office maintenance, managing fleet vehicles, refurbishments, repairs, and ad hoc projects.
  • Lead our Aurecon and Client experience operations by supporting our colleagues with admin requirements, workshops, events, and meetings.
  • Manage our Front of House Reception desk and area, and ensure our clients and guests are well looked after.
  • Proactively manage all contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all works are conducted in accordance with the contract service agreement.
  • Maintain contractor health and safety documents including insurance certificates, work cover, public liability etc.
  • Support Workplace Manager in ensuring workplace compliance activities in the Darwin Office are carried out as required.
  • Preparation of expense claims and invoice coding.
  • Support our Workplace Manager with a variety of project and minor works within the WA & NT region Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Challenge and influence decisions while still achieving the best outcome for the business.
  • Deliver on commitments while ensuring delivery of affective communication.
  • Oversee daily operations and be the first point of contact for all enquiries around Workplace.
What we're looking for
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to the Workplace team and will be able to develop strong relationships across the business with your professional and friendly manner.
  • This role will suit an independent self-starter, who knows how to put our people and clients first and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • You will be unflappable when solving problems for people.
  • Be a technical master in managing a high functioning Workplace, have strong knowledge of what good Workplace Experience looks like and passionate in driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Have a strong foundation in utilising Digital Tools (cloud collaboration, file sharing, chatting and communicating).
