The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents in a nursing home setting.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Document and plan care according to established procedures.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Contribute to quality assurance measures and guide junior staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• Specialized training as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
