The Role • Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostics directly at customer locations. • Handle a variety of vehicle issues, including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. • Manage stock, conduct reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service. • Work independently and make sound decisions to resolve customer needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
