The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, providing advice and first-class service to customers.
• Adapt to daily challenges and make informed decisions to best serve each customer.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems on the go.
