The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their specified locations. • Manage your own mobile workspace, including stock and diagnostic equipment, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. • Engage with customers, provide clear explanations of work performed, and offer advice on vehicle upkeep. • Handle a variety of light vehicle makes and models, adapting to different repair challenges. • Maintain accurate service records and reporting for all completed work. • Represent the company positively through excellent customer service and technical expertise. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer interaction. • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
