The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Manage stock, perform reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with daily variations in tasks and challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments on repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
