Associate

Based in Chicago, IL, you will assist with monitoring applications, handling basic technical issues, preparing reports, and updating documentation. Responsibilities

• Monitor software applications and data workflows during weekday morning and afternoon shifts
• Respond to basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Assist with system checks, performance tracking, and status reporting
• Compile and update operational and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to support deployments and routine maintenance
• Support quality checks on data and application outputs
• Help prioritize and track incoming requests and tickets
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding system status
• Engage in ongoing training to build technical and domain expertise
