Our client is looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their team, providing hands-on maintenance expertise while supporting the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Department.

You'll be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, supporting technicians and contractors, ensuring high Health & Safety standards, and helping to keep site facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Shannon Webb | Ref: 5372 The Role<br />*Supervising and supporting the Maintenance Team<br />*Planning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenance<br />*Supporting contractors, shutdowns and project work<br />*Ensuring Health &amp; Safety and compliance standards are maintained<br />*Identifying opportunities for plant improvement<br />*Ensuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date<br />*Taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performance The Candidate<br />*Instrumentation qualification - Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3<br />*Good working knowledge of electrical systems<br />*4-5 years' relevant maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity<br />*Experience within oil &amp; gas or a similar industry<br />*Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems<br />*Excellent communication and leadership skills<br />*Strong problem-solving ability<br />*Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure What's in it for you?<br />*Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm *Enhanced call-out payments<br />*25 days annual leave<br />*10% company pension contribution<br />*Life assurance - 8x salary<br />*Bonus of up to 15% Elix Sourcing Solutions is a specialist recruiter for Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech, Energy and Science roles ranging from mid to senior level positions.
