Job Title: Electrical M&E Shift Engineer
Location: South London
Salary: Circa £48,000-£50,000 per annum
Working Hours: Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights (2s & 3s)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical M&E Shift Engineer to join a facilities team working within a large, critical healthcare environment in South London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to work within a technically demanding site, supporting essential building services in a 24/7 environment.

The Role:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical and M&E systems.
Supporting maintenance across lighting, power and associated building services plant.
Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently in a critical environment.
Working closely with the wider engineering team to ensure site uptime and compliance.
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site regulations and health & safety standards.

Package:

Circa £48,000 basic salary
Continental shift pattern (days and nights 2s & 3s)

Requirements:

Electrical qualification Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent).
17th or 18th Edition accepted.
Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.
Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.
Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team.
