Director, Global Marketing Oncology

Merck seeks a Global Marketing Director for Oncology to lead commercial strategy development for a novel bispecific antibody. Responsibilities
Develop and lead global commercial strategy for bispecific antibody asset aligned with portfolio priorities
Oversee market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and bispecific landscape tracking
Establish and manage launch-planning milestones, timelines, and early commercialization activities
Build cross-functional relationships with clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, regional, and commercial teams
Provide commercial guidance on clinical development planning, target product profiles, and evidence generation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum
8+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience (marketing, sales, market access, pricing)
Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics, scientific innovation, healthcare policy, and reimbursement
Proven ability to develop and execute strategy in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence without direct authority
