Job Description

***Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote***

***We are unable to sponsor for this role***

***4 Month Long Contract

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Zoom and video conferencing tools
  • Communication and zoom coordinator will own end-to-end process of managing phone call escalation and launching zoom video conferencing tools slack and/or servicenow and outlook calendar
  • Effective communication and judgment skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident in escalating or redirecting calls professionally
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple concurrent requests
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Service Now, and Outlook Calendar
