Senior Salesforce Developer

Required: (they will need to get public trust clearance before start; so its preferred that they have it already or at least do not mind waiting

Key Responsibilities
• Application Development: Architect and build sophisticated Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Flows.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with the customer during meetings to gather, discuss, and refine project needs.
• Requirement Clarification: Proactively ask relevant questions to clarify technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Technical Execution: Serve as a senior-level development resource, ensuring best practices in coding and system design for a high-priority engagement

Qualifications
• Experience: Proven, strong experience operating as a senior-level development resource within the Public Sector.
• Core Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on proficiency in Salesforce development, specifically requiring deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Communication Skills: Must be highly comfortable and effective working directly with customers in a consultative, requirement-gathering capacity.
