Role

Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to design and develop highly available distributed systems across AWS and Kubernetes environments while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development using Go, Python, and Node.js.
• Drive AWS/EKS, OpenShift, automation, IaC, and CI/CD initiatives.
• Establish monitoring, observability, incident response, and reliability practices.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
• Partner with product, business, and client stakeholders.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted development and automation opportunities.

Required

• 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Go, Python, AWS/EKS, Kubernetes/OpenShift experience.
• Hands-on Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD experience.
• Strong distributed systems, messaging, and observability knowledge.
• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Technical leadership experience with continued hands-on engineering.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows/MCP.
• Healthcare/health insurance experience.
• HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or X12 knowledge.
• Client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
