The Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Associate at Arco’s Storage in Stockton, CA plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining the facility. This position suits a motivated individual who enjoys working with customers, has a sales-oriented mindset, and takes pride in ensuring the property remains clean, secure, and well-managed. Working with a small team, this role reports to the Store Manager and District Manager and requires reliable weekend availability.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting appropriate storage solutions
Answer calls and convert inquiries into rentals
Follow up on leads to increase rentals and occupancy
Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
Maintain a clean, secure, and professional property appearance
Regularly walk the property to ensure proper conditions
Process rentals, payments, and account updates efficiently
Support customers with move-ins and move-outs
Contribute to a positive team environment within a small staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of combined sales and customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales techniques and confidence in closing deals
Experience with cash handling and account management
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities and time management skills
