Your day will focus on managing client accounts, coordinating with carriers, handling service requests, and making sure clients receive thoughtful attention throughout the insurance process. As an
Insurance Customer Service Rep in our Ministry Department, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for ministry and church clients while managing their day-to-day insurance needs. You’ll review accounts, process policy changes and renewals, communicate with carriers, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.

This role offers hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within a personal, family-oriented workplace. Base pay is $19 to $22 per hour, based on experience

2-3 years industry experience with working knowledge of AMS360 a bonus
