Route Sales Manager

Route Sales Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships along an assigned route.

This role focuses on customer retention through inventory management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal support teams.
20 - $23 per hour

A CDL Class C license with HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer managers and chefs
Assist customers with managing inventory levels and product needs
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal Super Source teams
Work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
