We're looking for an
Experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator to join a professional and fast-paced hotel environment.

Support the hotel sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Manage and maintain group bookings, client information, and sales records in
ONQ and Delphi
Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
Coordinate site visits, client appointments, and property tours
Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and sales activity reports
Monitor deadlines and ensure all sales and group-related tasks are completed on time
Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients and guests
Assist the Sales Manager and hotel leadership with special projects and other sales initiatives
Previous hotel sales, sales coordination, or hospitality experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of hotel group sales, reservations, and event coordination
Professional and polished customer service and communication skills
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and hotel-related systems
Ability to work effectively with hotel management, sales teams, clients, and other departments
Weekly pay
