HDA Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Brookfield, WI is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HDA Support Analyst to support its Heavy Duty Alliance (HDA) program. This position will be responsible for executing program audits, improving data quality, supporting reporting and forecasting activities, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with large datasets, advanced analytical tools, and cross-functional business teams. This role requires a blend of data analysis, operational auditing, and process improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Program Validation:

• Audit HDA accounts, agreements, rebates, and POS relationships to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Validate account hierarchies and program participation records
• Review financial accruals and rebate payouts against contractual agreements
• Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issues

Data Quality & CRM Governance:

• Review, clean, and maintain historical CRM data
• Ensure required program documentation is complete and readily accessible
• Identify duplicate records, missing information, and data governance opportunities
• Support the development of a reliable source of truth for HDA reporting

Reporting & Analytics:

• Consolidate information from multiple systems and databases
• Create and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and supporting documentation
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, and operational opportunities
• Support forecasting and business decision-making with data-driven insights

Process Improvement:

• Document current business processes and identify efficiency opportunities
• Assist with testing and implementation of automation solutions and workflow enhancements
• Support continuous improvement projects within Sales Operations and Finance

Additional Support:

• Provide operational support for high-priority HDA initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and large dataset analysis
• Experience querying and validating data using SQL
• Experience utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Apps, and other analytical tools for data analysis or process automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CRM administration or data governance experience
• Experience with rebate, channel partner, distributor, or incentive-based programs
• Process improvement or continuous improvement experience
• Experience working within Sales Operations, Finance, or Commercial Operations environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
