TPF Analyst/Lead/Architect

Duties

• Lead and manage production or assembly teams to meet daily output targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Oversee the interpretation of technical drawings and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing processes
• Utilize measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate efficient manufacturing operations
• Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering strictly to safety protocols and standards in production
• Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments through regular inspections, safety training, and adherence to protocols
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory management, material handling, and logistics support to sustain seamless operations

Skills

• Proven experience with factory or manufacturing facility operations, including assembly line management
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and production documentation interpretation
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to lead managing production or assembly teams while fostering a safety-first culture
• Excellent manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks within a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Warehouse experience including inventory control, material handling, and logistics coordination
• Technical proficiency in mechanical assembly processes and use of technical drawings for precise execution
