SFDC Manager

Location: Windsor, CT ( Onsite 5 days/week)

Type: C2C

Rate: DOE

Key Requirements

Strong Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, security, data model, Lightning Platform
Hands-on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and enterprise implementations
Salesforce administration, development, integration, and platform management
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
Strong SDLC, release management, testing, deployment, and production support
Experience managing Salesforce implementation partners/vendors and distributed teams
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Strong stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and communication
