Job Title: Sales Manager – Commercial Tire

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Tire sales operations in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales and possess strong leadership skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for commercial tire products.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be local to Southern California and familiar with the regional market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
