The Role

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing queries and proactively supporting their accounts.
• Guide customers through their net-zero journey by assisting with decarbonisation solutions, including EV charging and renewable electricity supply.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from welcome calls and issue resolution to invoicing and payment processing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
• Handle a variety of tasks to ensure a dynamic and engaging work environment with no room for boredom.
