REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10 years of technical project management discipline, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk in a highly technical environment working directly with software engineering teams.
• Understands how systems interact (integrations, data, platforms), engage in technical trade-off and sequencing decisions, and orchestrates work where success depends on upstream/downstream systems, external teams, and shared platforms.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, MS Project or JIRA.
• Experience successfully executing and delivering on product and technical roadmaps using various Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Agile environments.
• Agile/SAFe experience and/or certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with federal security and compliance is nice-to-have
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions, including planning environments, releases, and operational handoff.
