Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center/Terraces at Capitol Village as a Human Resources Director.

Rate 65k-75k (Based on experience)
Responsibilities of Human Resources Director:
Maintaining professional communication with staff and patients for HR-related concerns
Processing payroll on a biweekly basis
Assisting with onboarding new staff members, processing background checks, and reference checks for new staff members
Other duties related to HR
Qualifications of Human Resources Director:
Prior experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.

Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask. Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to employment law, wage, and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc. CCRC experience preferred, and Strong Payroll acumen.
