Your Role
As
Multi Site HR Manager
, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your scope includes

Lead labor relations activities and serve as the primary HR partner to union leadership for grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration matters
Foster positive employee relations through coaching, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs
Drive talent management, workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee development for hourly and salaried employees in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Manage, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals while ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, HR processes, employee records requirements, and wellness programs
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
Support organizational change initiatives through clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and employee advocacy
Represent Cascades Tissue Group at corporate and community events
What you bring
You're a natural fit for
Multi Site Human Resources Manager if you have:
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the industrial sector
Strong labor relations expertise in a unionized workplace, including grievance management, contract administration, investigations, arbitration preparation, and union partnership
Experience partnering with plant leadership teams and senior business leaders
Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
The ability to influence and build credibility with employees, leaders, and union representatives at all levels
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to support decision-making
Occasional travel across the United States and Canada may be required
