Inside Sales Representative, New Business / Account Executive
No driving. No territory. Just you, a phone, and uncapped commission. Most sales jobs that pay $160K+ come with a car, a territory, and a lot of windshield time. This one doesn't. You'll work from our HQ just north of Seattle, picking up the phone to win new business from restaurants, distributors, and independent grocers. Most already buy what we sell from someone else, so your job is to earn the switch. Some calls are quick.

Many are real conversations about pricing, supply, and what the buyer needs, and those are the calls that close. You also won't be starting cold. On day one, you take over a group of loyal accounts from a long-time rep who is retiring, and those accounts carry the highest commission rate in the company.

The deal
$65,000 to $85,000 base, depending on experience
Uncapped commission, with $160,000 to $200,000+ in on-target earnings

Direct reporting line and mentorship from the Executive team
You'll do well here if
You've prospected and closed your own deals by phone, and you can tell us your numbers: calls per day, real conversations, deals closed
You like hunting and you're good at keeping customers happy once they say yes
You've sold something where price moves, like freight, building materials, protein, produce, or any commodity (a big plus, not required)
You want to be in the office every day with a small team that sells together
This probably isn't for you if
You sell mostly face to face in a field territory
You book meetings but someone else closes them
You're looking for remote or hybrid work
